I would like to introduce myself - my name is George Gamblin and I have been working in the construction industry most of my working life. I started Architectural Planning work about 20 years ago. At that time the drawings were done in order to allow customer to get what they wanted and not what the Architect wanted them to have. I believe it is part of the make-up of an Architect to interpret what you want into what they want you to have.
I am not a qualified Architect but I have been drawing professional Architectural plans for over 20 years. When I first started drawing it was with pens, ruler and a drawing board. Now things have changed and it is all done by computer.
After a free consultation where we discuss your ideas, look at the proposed site, I can then go away and put together a set of draft plans for you to look at. I will try very hard to get you what you want and to this end you pay Nothing until you are happy with the plans. They will then go for submission. I specialise in the following:-
